To arrange your journey, we may share necessary details (for example, names and travel dates) with service partners such as airlines, hotels, and ground operators — only as needed to fulfill your booking.

Terms & Conditions
These terms describe the basis on which XINGLAND LLC provides bespoke travel planning and concierge services.
Our Role
XINGLAND LLC acts as a travel planner and concierge. Quotes and itineraries are proposals; a booking is confirmed only when you have accepted a written quotation and any required payment or deposit terms have been agreed.
Pricing
Prices quoted are based on availability and exchange rates at the time of quotation and may change until a booking is confirmed. All fees and inclusions will be set out clearly in your written quotation.
Third-Party Services
Flights, hotels, cruises, and ground services are provided by third-party suppliers. Their terms and conditions also apply to your booking, and XINGLAND LLC is not responsible for changes, delays, or cancellations made by these suppliers.
Medical Travel Coordination
Our medical-related services are travel coordination only. We do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and we do not guarantee appointment availability with any facility or specialist.
Your Responsibilities
You are responsible for holding valid travel documents (including passports and visas), meeting health and entry requirements, and informing us of any special needs relevant to your journey.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
We understand that plans can change. This policy outlines how cancellations and refunds are handled.
Before a Booking Is Confirmed
Travel requests and quotations are free of charge and carry no obligation. You may withdraw your request at any time before confirming a booking.
After a Booking Is Confirmed
Once a booking is confirmed, the cancellation and refund terms stated in your written quotation apply. Because many suppliers (airlines, hotels, cruises) impose their own non-refundable charges, refunds depend on those supplier terms and the timing of your cancellation.
Planning Fees
Any planning or concierge fees agreed in your quotation are non-refundable once work on your itinerary has begun, except as otherwise stated in writing.
